The Heated Insole Warmer is about the size of a checkbook and produces constant natural heat (averaging 124F) for 8 hours. The Insole Warmer is a soft, light-weight pouch contains an inert mixture of iron powder, charcoal, salt, water and vermiculite. When exposed to air, a natural exothermic reaction generates consistent and prolonged heat.
