Hello Jeff,
My Name is Valerie Lauer.  I live in the high desert of Palmdale, Ca, elevation of 2800 ft.  Winters here can be quite cold.  I have been diagnosed with Raynaud’s disease in my feet since 1995.  My feet get so cold that they ache as if I am standing in a bucket of ice water!  I have tried many other methods to keep them warm but to no avail.  If it weren’t for Heat Factory foot and toe warmers I would be house-bound and very depressed.  A friend of mine gave me a pair in 2001 and I have been ordering them by the box ever since.  Your product enables me to get out and live a busy, functional life.  I also wear them on the plane and to air-conditioned meetings.  Without them I would be confined to a heating pad or electric blanket at home.  I had been considering writing your company.  Thank you Jeff for encouraging me to share with others.  I so appreciate your pleasant personality on the phone and the little “extras” you tucked into my recent order.  May God bless you and your company for making a difference in my life, both physically and mentally!
