I have raised orphaned kittens for years, and have always had to haul large heating pads around with me and find outlets so that I could keep them at the right temperature.  I'm so relieved to have found your handwarmers!  They are light and portable, and stay at the perfect temperature for a kitten to snuggle up to all day long.  As I write this, my current orphan (Rudy) is happily curled up with his blanket which has 2 handwarmers wrapped in it.
