I am 59 yrs old and I've never had a back ache. I pushed the lawn mower several days ago and my shoulder hurts badly on and off since then.
Last night a muscle just grabbed me and I was in horrible pain. (I had purchased your Handi Heat pads from CVS for my 70 yr old husband months ago and put them in the medicine cabinet for him. Little did I know I would some day use one for myself!)

I found one and had my husband put it on my PJ top. Then I put on a t-shirt over that. The heat was instant.

My main reason for contacting you is that there is a benefit from placing it on your clothes and not your body. I could pull my PJ top up, down, side to side and get heat in other places using the same heat pad. In other words, I worked the pad around my back so I could get different areas since I couldn't really pin point the pain.

Thank you for offering this item. It saved me from going to the emergency room last night.
