DC Shoes has chosen Heat Factory’s Heated Footbed technology for their line of Snowboard boots with special "Comfort Features". DC Shoes’ snowboard boot line has been a great success, due in part to the fact that nobody likes cold feet. Heat Factory’s Footbed technology uses a Footwarmer that simply slides in under the toes and provides 6 hours of soothing comfort. Footwarmers are designed for air-restricted environments but need sufficient airflow to produce heat.  For that reason, our footbeds are designed with air channels to provide air, distribute heat and allow the warmer to stay nice and toasty.

DC Shoes designed a display box to hold 3 packs of the Heat Factory Footwarmers so that retailers who sell the boots can offer replacement Footwarmers as a service to returning customers. This campaign has been very successful for DC Shoes and its valued retailers. Heat Factory Footbed technology has proven to be invaluable for those of us that need a little extra comfort in knee deep powder!
