Easy returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact customer service within 30 days of purchase.  Item must be in original packaging and resalable condition.  If product performance is at issue, please describe how you used the product and what your experience was.

Shipping Rates
Heat Factory works hard to make sure we secure the best shipping rates in the in industry and we pass the savings on.  When placing your order, your Account Manager or Customer Service Specialist will give you an estimate of the shipping charge for your order.
